Returns
Bring it back within 7 days. The same rule is on the register receipt.
7 days
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Bring the receipt, or the order confirmation for something you bought online.
Store credit
If the item is not defective, the return is store credit for the price of the item. Tax you paid in cash or on a card is not added to that credit.
Defective or wrong
A defective item, or an order that arrives damaged or incorrect, is refunded in cash or back to the card. That refund includes the tax.
A few limits
Some items are final sale. If a receipt marks an item final sale, that item is not returnable.
Online orders: email store@nerdnation.us with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will tell you how to send it back, or you can return it at either store.
Return shipping: if you changed your mind, you pay the shipping to send it back. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping.
Shawnee is at 6224 Nieman Rd. Manhattan is at 900 Hayes Dr, Ste C. Both are open 10–8 daily. You can also start from shipping and pickup.
