Free shipping uses the merchandise that is shipping, from either store. Store credit does not lower that merchandise. Pickup does not count toward it, and pickup is free.
Local pickup is free
Pick up at the store where the items are. Wait for the ready-for-pickup email, then show the QR code on your order. Staff scan it to mark the pickup complete. Bring a photo ID.
A few things that stay fixed
We ship to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and PO boxes are not eligible.
Tax is calculated at checkout from the store rates already set.
Returns are accepted within 7 days with a receipt. Non-defective returns are store credit, and you pay the shipping to send them back. We pay return shipping on defective, damaged, or wrong items.
